Shipping and Returns Policies

Shipping

WOOM is based in Geelong, Australia. We ship Australia-wide and to New Zealand using Australia Post. Complimentary shipping applies to any order over $199 within Australia.
Otherwise a simple flat rate of $10.00 for standard shipping applies or a flat rate of $15.00 is offered for express postage.

For orders to New Zealand, standard shipping is charged by weight and is calculated at checkout. International shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.

All orders are packed with care and processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. This does not include weekends and public holidays.
You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped. You can track the progress of your order by logging into your account.

MISSING OR DELAYED ITEMS

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with the courier to investigate the issue and, where an item is confirmed lost or undelivered, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to guarantee address changes once an order has been dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a re-delivery fee may apply.

If you have not received your order within 14 days of dispatch or have not received your shipping confirmation email, please contact us.

Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return the item(s) to us within 14 days of delivery for either a Refund or Store credit.

Please email us at support@woomwomen.com.au prior to returning any product, so our customer support team can assist you.
Be sure to include your full name, order number, details and relevant images regarding your return enquiry.

PLEASE NOTE

  • To be eligible for a refund or store credit, items must be returned in their original condition, unused and unopened.
  • Please ensure the item you wish to return is not listed in our excluded items below.
  • WOOM does not take responsibility for the costs of returning any products, unless otherwise stated.
    We recommend that an insured or registered postal service is used for returns as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • All digital gift cards purchased on woomwomen.com.au are final sale.
  • Store credit does not expire and will be issued as an e-gift card.


EXCLUDED ITEMS

Due to safety and hygiene reasons, some products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. These items are considered final sale; Personal care and sanitary items, perineum care, pads, perineal wash bottles, and underwear.
Excluded items are eligible for a return/refund only if they are faulty or incorrect.


FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, full name, and images of the issue.
We will assess the issue and provide a resolution in line with Australian Consumer Law, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
