Shipping policy
AUSTRALIAN STANDARD SHIPPING RATES
A flat rate of $10.00 applies for standard shipping on all domestic orders under $199. Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $199 within Australia.
AUSTRALIAN EXPRESS SHIPPING
We offer a $15.00 flat rate for express shipping on all domestic orders within Australia.
AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING TIMES
All orders are packed with care and processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. This does not include weekends and public holidays. You will receive a follow-up notification once your order has been shipped.
The above dispatch time frame is a general guide only. There may be delays during periods of high order volume, courier disruptions, or extreme weather events that are outside of our control.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes approximately 2–8 business days depending on your location within Australia and if delivered via express post.
NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING RATES & TIMES
Standard shipping to New Zealand is charged by weight and is calculated at checkout.
International shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.
MISSING OR DELAYED ORDERS
We provide tracking for all shipments. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the courier to investigate the issue and, where an item is confirmed lost or undelivered, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
While we may ask for your assistance in providing additional information or contacting the courier, we will support you throughout the resolution process.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to guarantee address changes once an order has been dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a re-delivery fee may apply.
If you have not received your order within 14 days of dispatch or have not received your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@woomwomen.com.au with your full name and order number, and we will be happy to assist you.
P.O. BOX ADDRESSES
We can only ship to P.O. Box addresses via Australia Post.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL)
To help ensure the safe delivery of your order, our delivery partners will generally attempt to obtain a signature upon delivery.
If you choose to select ‘Authority to Leave’ (ATL) at checkout, you authorise us and our delivery partners to leave your parcel unattended at your delivery address in a location deemed safe and appropriate. This may include areas such as the front door, reception, concierge desk, or another place as per your delivery instructions.
By selecting Authority to Leave, you acknowledge and accept that your order may be left unattended and that there is a risk of loss or theft once delivery has occurred.
Once the parcel has been delivered in accordance with your Authority to Leave instructions and confirmation of delivery has been provided, responsibility for the parcel passes to you.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
