WOOM has a minimum order of $30* AUD excluding shipping.

The reason we have implemented a min order value is to encourage mindful online purchasing. Where shipping is involved, it's important to try and limit the energy involved with getting the order to you. Simply speaking, doing a larger order rather than multiple smaller ones is better for the planet and makes our business financially sustainable - packaging costs a fair bit in itself.

We do feel as though a minimum purchase of $30 still makes WOOM accessible to most and considers our product price points also. Thank you for your understanding.

We offer two packaging options.

For the earth-conscious, the Sustainable Packaging option is defaulted at check out and uses minimal and 100% compostable, recycled and recyclable materials and is protected inside our 100% Australian Made plain kraft mailer.

For that extra special experience, select Signature Gift Packaging at check out. Your order comes beautifully packaged in our signature compostable tissue and housed for protection in a Australian Made kraft mailing box, sealed with compostable tape. We include a complimentary handwritten gift note on luxurious uncoated stock when you leave the recipient a special message at check out. This packaging, whilst beautiful, still aligns with our earth conscious values.

You can track the progress of your order through to shipment under ‘My Orders’ in the My Account section or by entering your order or tracking number here.

We are unable to process split shipments within one order at this time. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can do this by creating separate orders, each with their own delivery address.

We are unable to offer shipping outside of Australia & NZ at this time. We are working on this and looking for ways to offer international shipping that is financially sustainable for us. We hope to launch international shipping in 2022. Please sign up to our mailing list to be the first know when we ship world-wide.

Once orders are dispatched they are no longer within our control and thus we are not responsible for any issues that may arise while your order is in transit.
