We ship using both Australia Post and Sendle – the first cabon neutral courier in Australia. We source only the most eco-friendly packaging solutions to keep your products safe in transit and offer a minimal and extra sustainable option for all customers during the check out process giving our consumers the choice to lessen their impact further. We reuse, compost or recycle the packaging our brands ship their beautiful products to us in, ensuring our footprint is as low as possible and use only 100% natural, organic cleaning products to ensure no toxic chemicals are leached onto the land and into our waterways.

We have curated our beautiful brands mindfully and have been grateful for the opportunity to choose mostly Australian businesses with aligning ethos that use mostly local makers, creators and formulators to reduce carbon emissions that increases with international freight. This is only made possible by the innovative and conscious new creative talent and small business surfacing and expanding on our lands that we are so fortunate to work with.

We offer two packaging options at check out. 

SUSTAINABLE 

For the earth-conscious, the Sustainable Packaging option is defaulted at check out and uses minimal and 100% compostable, recycled and recyclable materials and is protected inside an unprinted kraft mailer.

GIFT

For that extra special experience, select Signature Gift Packaging at check out. Your order comes beautifully but minimally packaged and housed for protection in our kraft mailing box. This packaging, whilst beautiful, still aligns with our earth conscious values.

Our corrugated mailer boxes are manufactured in Australia using FSC and PEFC certified materials. They are both made from minimum 50% recycled content and 100% recyclable materials and are strong enough for multiple uses. 

Our mailing labels are zero plastic, certified home compostable and Australian made. Our hex wrap and kraft paper padding materials are all recycled, recyclable and compostable. 

The WOOM branded box cards are printed locally in Melbourne on 100% post-consumer recycled card.

The acid free unprinted white tissue paper is FSC-certified paper and it is also 100% compostable and recyclable. 

Our clear packing tape is Australian Certified AS4736 for Industrial Composting, eco-Friendly & biodegradable made from renewable resources.
