This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.

Choline
Choline supports your baby's brain and nervous system, but around 95% of pregnant women aren't getting enough. That's why 300mg is included in every daily dose.

Iodine
Iodine supports healthy foetal development, including your baby's brain and central nervous system development. It's also helpful for maintaining a healthy pregnancy and maternal health.

Folate
Using activated folate (aka calcium folinate) because it's a form your body can absorb and use straight away.

Activated B-Vitamins
Formulated with high-dose bioactive B-vitamins, to support healthy fetal development and a healthy pregnancy.

Zinc
Zinc works to maintain a healthy pregnancy and support healthy foetal development.

Directions for use: Take 2 caps daily after food, with water.
