Spiced Cacao Latte:
Stir or blend 2 heaped teaspoons into 200ml of hot milk of choice (we love coconut milk) for an instant spiced cacao latte. Add sweetener if desired.
Or
Add 2 heaped teaspoons to smoothies, shakes, or breakfast bowls.

IMPORTANT
Medicinal mushrooms are considered safe in pregnancy because most are functional foods that have been consumed during pregnancy by many cultures throughout the world. However, clinical studies demonstrating their safety are lacking.

Organic Peruvian Cacao:
Cacao is linked to the neurotransmitters serotonin, dopamine and tryptophan which can support a feeling of wellbeing, while also being rich in magnesium and antioxidants.

Organic Cordyceps & Turkey Tail:
Inner Atlas Cordyceps and Turkey Tail both contain greater than 30% beta-D-glucans ( the active compound ) resulting in a more potent product than many other mushroom extracts.

Cordyceps is a potent adaptogen used to support physical strength, performance, and arouse desire.

Turkey Tail is known as a deeply regenerative adaptogen used to support gut health, strengthen immune defences and whole-body resilience.

Maca is a rich source of essential vitamins, minerals, amino acids and phytonutrients and known to increase stamina and endurance. Studies have supported the use of maca for increasing libido and elevating mood.

Kakadu Plum is an antioxidant powerhouse boasting the highest natural Vitamin C levels of any fruit in the world.

Organic Peruvian Lucuma:
With a sweet, butterscotch-like flavour lucuma is rich in antioxidants, polyphenols, beta carotene, iron, zinc, vitamin B3, protein and calcium.

Organic Ceylon Cinnamon:
Cinnamon is rich in antioxidant polyphenols which have an anti-inflammatory effect. As well as being pre-biotic, cinnamon is known to stabilise and modulate blood glucose levels while reducing insulin levels.

Organic Ginger:
Ginger’s main active compound is gingerol which has both anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects as well as supporting digestive discomfort.
