Cacao Latte with a Hint of Plum:
Stir or blend 2 heaped teaspoons into 200ml of hot milk of choice (we love coconut milk) for an instant cacao latte with a hint of plum. Add sweetener if desired.
Or
Add 2 heaped teaspoons to a night-time treat.

Inner Atlas Reishi contains greater than 30% beta-D-glucans ( the active compound ) resulting in a more potent product than many other mushroom extracts. Known to support the body’s innate ability to handle stress calming body and mind, Reishi can induce a state of relaxation.
