Sarah Wright Olsen is an actor and co-founder of the parenting platform Your Zen Mama, an online space created to share open and supportive conversations around modern motherhood. A mother of two, Sarah balances family life with her work in film and television. Her screen credits include appearances in Mad Men, Parks and Recreation, The House Bunny, American Made, and the Netflix series Spinning Out.

Sarah is also co-owner of plant-based skincare brand baeo, created for mothers and babies. She lives in Los Angeles with her family.

Teresa Palmer is an Australian actor and co-founder of Your Zen Mama, a platform dedicated to sharing authentic experiences of parenthood. A mother of three and stepmother to one, Teresa brings her personal perspective on family life to her work both on and off screen.

Her film credits include Hacksaw Ridge and Ride Like a Girl. She also starred in the television adaptation of A Discovery of Witches. Beyond acting, Teresa co-founded the plant-based wellness brand Lovewell. She divides her time between Australia and the United States.
