Organic certified ingredients: Fenugreek, Fennel Seed, Aniseed, Caraway Seed, Goats Rue, Milk Thistle
Measure 1 Teaspoon of loose leaf tea and add to your strainer or infuser. Place in your mug of choice and poor over recently boiled water. Take care to let boiled water sit so not to burn the herbs. Leave to infuse for approx. 60secs before removing the leaves. Enjoy.

Serving suggestions: 50g = 25 serves (1 tsp per serve). This is a loose leaf tea and will require an infuser. Recommended intake of 1 cup per day up to a maximum of 3 cups per day for a stronger effect. Can be consumed hot or chilled after brewing.
